About
I'm Danielle.
Mental Health Nurse, NLP Master Practitioner and Advanced EFT Practitioner, based in Wymondham, Norfolk.
I work with people who are ready to face what's been weighing them down — and committed to creating real, lasting change.

What I do
Think better, feel better, live better.
As a degree‑qualified Mental Health Nurse (BSc Hons) with over 13 years' experience in the NHS, I combine clinical knowledge, evidence‑based therapies and holistic approaches to guide people through The STARS Model — so they can See, Trust, Align, Rise and Shine, like the stars they authentically are.
Throughout my career I've worked with adults, children, teenagers, couples and families across a wide range of services — GP surgeries, community mental health teams, older adult and adolescent services, neurodiversity, addiction, trauma, emotional regulation and personality disorders. Alongside my nursing career I've continually invested in expanding my knowledge, because I believe there is always more to learn about the human mind, body and spirit.
I don't see people as diagnoses. I see people with stories, with strengths, with incredible potential.

How I work
No two people arrive with the same story.
I don't believe people fit neatly into diagnostic boxes, and I don't believe therapy should follow a one‑size‑fits‑all formula. Every person has a unique story, shaped by their experiences, relationships, beliefs and nervous system.
Our work starts with a comprehensive 90‑minute assessment, in person or online. Together we'll explore your life story, identify significant experiences, recognise patterns, understand how your nervous system has adapted, and uncover the beliefs influencing how you think, feel and respond today.
Rather than offering the same therapy to everyone, I create a personalised plan drawing on the approaches most suited to you. What makes my work different is the integration of science and holistic wellbeing — my years as an NHS Mental Health Nurse provide the clinical foundation for everything I do, while my wider training allows me to work with mind, body and soul.

Why this matters to me
Not just my profession — deeply personal.
Before becoming a therapist I spent many years working in hospitality. Growing up in pubs, clubs and hotels taught me something that has stayed with me: people need to feel welcome, accepted and safe before they can truly open up.
In my early twenties I travelled and worked around the world before returning to Norwich to study Psychology and Sociology. Around that time, my life changed forever. My first love became severely mentally unwell and experienced psychosis; during that period he tried to harm me, and later took his own life. It was heartbreaking. I wanted to understand why people suffer, why our minds respond the way they do, and whether healing was truly possible. Those questions became the driving force behind my career.
Over the years I've come to understand that so many people aren't broken at all — they're human beings whose minds and nervous systems have adapted to difficult experiences in the best way they could. My role isn't to rescue you or tell you who you should become; it's to walk alongside you, helping you reconnect with your strengths and discover that many of the answers you're searching for already exist within you.
I would love to be your guide to becoming your own hero.
