Clinical Hypnosis
Clinical Hypnosis is a safe, evidence-informed therapy that uses deep relaxation and focused attention to access the subconscious mind. In this relaxed state, the brain becomes more open to learning new perspectives, releasing unhelpful beliefs and strengthening positive habits. It can be highly effective for anxiety, confidence, stress, fears, sleep difficulties, unwanted habits and personal growth, while you remain aware and in control throughout the session.

A therapeutic process, not a stage act
Unlike stage hypnosis, clinical hypnosis is a therapeutic process that works with the subconscious mind — the part of us where habits, memories, and beliefs reside.
During hypnosis, you remain fully aware and in control, while experiencing a state of deep relaxation — similar to daydreaming or being absorbed in a good book.

Rooted in history, supported by science
The practice traces back to 18th-century pioneers including Franz Mesmer, and was developed by physicians such as James Braid and Milton Erickson. Modern neuroscience shows how hypnotic states can alter brain activity and calm the nervous system.
